REQUIEM - A BRIEF THOUGHTS OF AFTERLIFE

Though it may be too late, but hey, it's never late for a greetings, right?
Why I posted this sooo late?
I was confused how to say this, because actually, I don't feel sad, or feel missing,
of died person, or anything gone
Call me sinister, call me anything you like
but I believe, that there is an afterlife waiting us

The concept of afterlife first thought by Egyptians, who devised a vision that our deeds when living, is judged in front of the gods. One that did good things in his/her life, may enter Field of Reeds, some kind of 'haven'. While one that did bad things, his/her soul is eaten by large snake, or some kind of 'satanic' creature. The Jews developed similar concepts, that one did good things may enter heaven with Abraham and Jewish ancestors, while one that did bad things banished to hell, living there with torture.

Jesus Christ then develop new vision, that one living with love to people, doing good things and dare to defend Christian ideology & teachings may be saved at Judgement Day. In Judgement Day, Jesus Christ will act as Judge, and ask any deeds that one did on his/her life, good or bad. The saved people will then enter eternal life with Father, Jesus and all saints & holy people.

While on India, Sidharta Gautama that known as Buddha, devised same vision as Jesus, that one living with love and harmony to surroundings will be living eternal. On other region, that known as Middle-East, Islamic teachings from Prophet Muhammad proclaims one that stayed tough and brave to defend teachings & ideology will be living eternal.

The ancient mythology, such as Greece or Viking, have their own story. Greeks believe, that they will be sent to Underworld, living there as 'shade' or free spirits on Asphodel Plains for ordinary people. For special ones, such as heroes or kings, will be sent to Elysian Fields. While other ones, one that did bad things, sent to Tartarus with many gruesome creatures.

Vikings have similar concept to Christian, they are apocalyptic religions. Meaning, that they devised 'end of the world' with their own way. Vikings stated that the gods will rage a war against Loki and his minions, preferably Giants. When all the gods and creature killed, god Baldur will rise to rule the world with happiness and joy.

The examples above shows that human, from its very existence, have thinked and devised many concepts of afterlife. What is the afterlife like? How it affects humans? What happened to us after we left our body? No one know... but we will know it someday...

OH! soal status of my PC (posted on HELP ME OUT! Gamexeon Thread)

fiuhhh akhirnya ilang juga tuh virus

OH! I'm continuing my project
Project apaan tuh?
iseng aja bikin konsep game
tapi malah ketagihan dah gue
ampe 2 buku folio tebel habis buat gambar doank
sayang blom punya Digicam sih (hiks)
nih bocoran dikit soal proyeknya

Tempatnya di "seberang" Bumi, tepatnya di seberang sabuk orion (lupa nama sabuknya)

planetnya mirip saturnus, tapi cincinnya 2, bulannya juga 2
trus geografisnya dibagi 5 benua besar, di pojok NW, NE, SW, SE ama satu di tengah
mewakili 5 tipe geografis:
salju (Midgard), desert (Sedona), grassland (Shire) , aquatic (coast, shore etc, Atlantica) sama rocklands\mountains (Sovoknaya)
di masing2 benua juga ada negaranya sendiri:
Caladria di benua Midgard, Isthmia di Sedona, Kronx di Shire, Murmillo di Atlantica dan Sovoksny di Sovoknaya
masing2 mencerminkan 5 sisi dari perang:
Caladria=AirForce, Isthmia=Infantry, Kronx=Armor&Land Army, Murmillo=Navy dan Sovoksny=Robot
detailnya nanti aja, gue post dah kalo sempet

OH! apalagi ya?
OH! (oh mulu nih) soal tipe gamenya, belum mutusin nih apa
tapi lebih fokus ke strategi (RTS, TBS) sama RPG
moga2 bisa dijadiin game asli yaaa (doain lo, wajib hukumnya!)

Ini pertanyaan yang simpel tapi menjebak:
WHO ARE YOU?
Biasanya kita jawab namaku anu, tinggal di anu, sekolah/kerja di anu (WARNING: misinterpretation of "anu" tak ditanggung penulis)
Tapi itu jawaban yang tidak mengarah ke pokok masalah.
SIAPAKAH KAMU?

KAMU adalah pribadi yang unik. KAMU hanya ada satu di dunia (anak kembarpun tak 100% sama). Betapapun "kecil"nya KAMU, KAMU tetaplah seorang manusia. Manusia adalah unik. Sebagai pribadi yang diciptakan oleh Tuhan, Manusia mempunyai pikiran, Manusia mempunyai akal budi, Manusia mampu merancang, Manusia mampu membuat, Manusia mampu mengenali DIRInya sendiri.

Sebutlah orang-orang yang menjadi impersonator Elvis Presley. Apakah dengan itu mereka dapat disebut manusia? TIDAK. Mereka hanyalah penjiplak. Mereka hanyalah peniru. Mereka belum menemukan DIRInya sendiri. Mereka hanya bisa meniru apa yang digayakan, apa yang diperbuat oleh orang lain.

Bagaimana menemukan DIRI kita sendiri?
Kita dapat mulai lewat hal-hal yang kita sukai, hobi-hobi kita. Kembangkan hobi itu.
Atau, coba uji diri anda sendiri melewati tantangan. Semakin besar tantangan, semakin besar semangat yang harus anda kobarkan untuk melewatinya. Manusia dibuat untuk mengatasi tantangan. Tapi, pakailah otak anda. Jangan menerima tantangan yang hanya menguras tenaga dan pikiran otak anda.

Jadi, mulailah KENALI DIRI anda sendiri.
