karena berkat UAN itu, seluruh kerja keras membanting otak selama 3 tahun rusak oleh bom sehari yg bernama UAN.
Coba deh, kalo lu misalnya ngerjain suatu proyek, yg udah lu kerjain bertahun-tahun sampe berabad-abad, tiab-tiba dirusak oleh hal-hal lain, apa gak kesel jadi dibuatnya???
Inilah penyakit sentralisme yang masih diidap oleh bangsa Indo sepeninggal Soeharto. (di jaman bung Karno emang ada yg namanya UN?)
UAN menurutku malah mematikan kerja keras, semangat dan kegigihan seluruh peserta dari UAN tsb (guru, siswa, dll)
Jadinya mereka cenderung berpikir praktis: Buat apa kerja keras, toh cuma konsentrasi ke UAN aja gue udah bisa lullus (ya gak??)
Ini juga yg menjadi akar dari koruptisme yang mewabah di Indo, karena sejak kecil mereka dididik untuk berpikir praktis dengan UAN tsb.

Menurutku sih, mending UAN itu tidak dijadikan faktor kelulusan (ato lebih baik ditiadakan) melainkan hanya sebagai faktor nilai (mirip ujian semesteran)
Dengan begitu UAN baru terasa manfaatnya

Mau tahu asal-usul X2? and all my nickz (Sieg Hart, ZeitMeister, and many2 others)

Dulu, pas gue masih cupu soal Counter-Strike, gue pake nick [KLoNE] Kirov, asalnya dari Red Alert 2 (yg udah main pasti tahu asalnya dari mana). Yep, gue pake Kirov, soalnya itu unit terkuat di RA2 meskipun agak lambreta jalannya. Itu juga menggambarkan ciri gameplay gue (dulu banget ya, sekarang sih udah gak lagi): agak lambat majunya, cuman fragnya lumayan banyak (yah bisa dapet 3-5 org / round)

Lalu ganti ke OverLord (dari Generals). Overlord di Generals itu tank terkuat, punya 2 barrel/meriam, bisa diupgrade, tapi (sama aja kayak kirov) lambretta juga. Yah kira-kira artinya sama kayak kirov, lambat, cuman kerusakannya gede.

Trus ganti ke X2, asalnya dari game X-2:The Threat, sejenis game space sim yg sangat bebas (hampiir gak ada batasan). Elo mau jadi pirate, trader/merchant, tycoon, fighter, commander, sampe admiral bisa-bisa aja (kayak iklan ya). Itu juga sekaligus menggambarkan gameplay gue (terutama game RTS/Tycoon) yang menggunakan berbagai macam cara (bukan cheat ya, gue jarang banget pake cheat) buat menang.

X2 juga punya arti lain, kira-kira begini (yg tertulis di signature GX gue dulu):
X2 itu ada dua faktor, yaitu X dan 2. 2 dibelakang X menandakan bahwa X harus dikali dengan X (2 itu aslinya kuadrat, pangkat 2, cuma kebanyakan game en program ga bisa nampilin pangkat 2). Nah, X itu apa? yang kita tahu X itu merupakan suatu konstanta (dlm math) yang bisa mewakili apa aja, kayak kekuatan, kepintaran dan hal lain-lain. Mending jawab sendiri dah...

Gameplay gue juga udah berubah drastis, gue jadi maen cepat (ala blitzkrieg) dengan unit banyak, juga dengan pasukan yang terbagi menjadi 5 bagian:
pasukan serang utama, yang menyerang lewat garis depan,
pasukan pengalih, yang tugasnya mengalihkan perhatian musuh, (paratroop, pesawat)
pasukan logistik, yang tugasnya memperbaiki unit yang rusak/terluka
pasukan artileri, yang tugasnya menghancurkan defense dan bangunan
pasukan covert-ops, yang menyerang lewat belakang dan tugasnya menyabot musuh (power plant, resource)

Sieg Hart... yang suka komik RAVE pasti tahu
Sieg Hart itu seorang elementalist, wizard yang bisa mengendalikan element dari alam (Rave menyebutkan ada 9 element: Air, Api, Angin, Cahaya, Laut, Petir, Kegelapan, Tanah dan Almighty/Tanpa Unsur)
Adapun nama Sieg Hart diambil dari Siegfried, tokoh dalam opera Der Ring es Nibelungen (Cincin Nibelung) karya Richard Wagner, yaitu seorang yang sangat kuat, yang tidak mengenal takut sama sekali. Tapi, karena itu dia mau mencari tahu apa itu takut (waduh kalo gue sih mendingan ga usah kenal takut dah :D ) untuk selengkapnya cari aja di wikipedia...
yang gue suka dari Sieg Hart itu tattonya di mata sebelah kanan (bukan kiri ya, komik Indo kan dibalik halamannya, dari kiri ke kanan dan sebaliknya). 'Buseet nih orang keren juga nih' kayak gitu pikiran gue waktu itu, lagipula jubahnya juga keren (gue juga mau donk, hehehe)

ZeitMeister itu bahasa jerman dari Penjaga Waktu, titel Sieg Hart... Gue juga bisa bhs jerman, tapi dikit-dikit (lagi belajar... ada yg mau bantu?)

What is Fascism?

Fascist regimes of Hitler (Germany), Franco (Spain), Mussolini (Italy), Suharto (Indonesia) (weks) and several Latin American regimes have been studied by Dr. Lawrence Britt, who found fourteen characteristics common to each of them. Considering recent activities of the US government, many are wondering if this country is slowly being drowned by fascism.

1. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause: People are rallied into patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a common threat: minorities, communists, socialists, etc. In the US, we have seen the rise and fall of terrorism alerts, the formation of Homeland Security, and the war against terrorism. Our emotions and anger have been directed first toward Osama binLaden and later toward Saddam Hussein.

2. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism: Patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs and other pharaphenalia are used heavily in fascist regimes. If we look around, more and more flags are flying, our songwriters and entertainers are making patriotic songs, and tributes to 9-11 and our “heroes” are prevalent. A feeling of pride of being American has been created, and people are commenting about how 'lucky we are to be American' more frequently.

3. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights: People are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of the need for security. People tend to look the other way or approve of executions, long incarcerations or torture. With the passing of the Patriot Act and the formation of the proposed Patriot Act II, our civil liberties are slowly eroding, and many people either do not notice or are not alarmed, for it is in the name of national security.

4. Controlled Mass Media - Censorship is very common. With laxing FCC rules, the monopoly on media will become even worse. Reporters are told what to report, and coverage of wartime news has been extremely cleaned, watered-down and contrived. With just a few huge corporations controlling all aspects of the media, the idea of �free speech� is just that - an idea, not a reality.

5. Supremacy of the Military: Under fascist regimes, the military is given huge amounts of funding, soldiers are glamorized and domestic problems are neglected. Military service is indeed glamorized these days, and soldiers are considered 'heroes' by many. It is no secret that the military receives a disproportionate amount of government funding, and one look at the economy and the state of this country ensures us that domestic issues are ignored.

6. Sexism: Fascist regimes are male-dominated. Divorce, abortion and homosexuality are suppressed and the state is represented as the ultimate guardian of the family institution. Anti-abortion propaganda and agenda is on the rise.

7. Obsession with National Security - Fear is used as a tool over the masses. Our obsession with National Security is clear, and we are spending huge amounts of money and energy on our fight against terrorism, Homeland Security, and other forms of 'security'.

8. Government and Religion are Intertwined: Religion is used to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric is used from leaders. George Bush rarely lets an opportunity to use religion escape, and the Christian religion is used to strengthen the masses against terrorist Muslim nations.

9. Labor Power is suppressed - Labor unions are eliminated or suppressed.

10. Corporate Power is Protected - It is no secret that one of Bush and his government's main goals is to protect and increase corporate power. Tax breaks for the rich and other incentives are given with the result being an increase in corporation influence, power and control.

11. Obsession with Crime and Punishment - Police are given limitless power to enforce laws. People are willing to overlook police abuse and forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. Again, the public opinion has been shaped to accept the disappearance of civil liberties in the name of security.

12. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts - Free expression is attacked, and intellectuals are often arrested. Arts programs and funding have recently been cut or eliminated, and with the Patriot Act, those expressing opinions or facts that are not compatible with the agenda of the government are at risk of being seen as terrorists.

13. Rampant Cronyism and Corrpution - Groups of friends and assocciates appoint each other to government positions and use government power to protect their friends from accountability. National resources and treasures are often appropriated or stolen by government sectors.

14. Fradulent Elections - Elections are either a complete sham or are manipulated by smear campaigns against opponents, assassination of opposition or manipulation of the media.

'The land of the free and the home of the brave?' Perhaps this line in the national song should be changed to The land of the manipulated and the home of corruption. 'One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all?' These days, it is more like One nation, forced into compliance, completely divided, with liberty and justice for none.

Tahukah anda, bahwa hampir semua tokoh yang berhasil dalam hidupnya (dalam artian:mencapai sesuatu yang berharga bagi dirinya dan orang lain) melakukan hal yang hampir sama dengan yang anda tadi lakukan?

Conrad Hilton, Napoleon, dan masih banyak lagi meraih sukses karena trik ini. Hilton membayangkan dirinya menjadi pemilik jaringan hotel internasional sebelum dia benar-benar membeli hotel pertamanya. Napoleon membayangkan dirinya menjadi seorang jenderal yang mampu memimpin lebih dari ratusan ribu, bahkan jutaan orang ke medan perang.


Akan tetapi imajinasi tanpa tindakan tidaklah berguna sama sekali, itu sama dengan mimpi di siang bolong. Film yang anda buat haruslah diwujudkan, setidaknya sedikit-sedikit, sampai anda meraih hasil nyata dari film itu.


Jangan membayangkan hal-hal negatif, setidaknya dalam hal tindakan anda terhadap orang lain (misal: anda membunuh orang, dll). Imajinasi yang negatif akan menghasilkan film yang negatif.

Jangan pernah melakukan apa yang seperti dilakukan Hitler: membayangkan penyiksaan jutaan orang, gas pembunuh, kamp konsentrasi, genosida dan lain-lain. Film yang anda buat juga jangan bercerita tentang kehancuran dunia, penguasaan dunia, dan lain-lain. Film itu hanya akan menyeret anda kepada kegagalan, kekecewaan, serta berbagai bentuk ketidakstabilan psikologis (kata lembut dari 'gila'). Tahukah anda, bahwa hampir 90% orang psikopat menjadi psikopat karena mereka membuat film seperti itu?


Semua kritik dan saran akan disambut dengan hangatnya secangkir kopi panas. (Bikin sendiri kopinya!)

Sudah tahukan sinetron Indo itu kayak gimana?

Sinetron di Indo itu rata-rata bisa dibilang TAK BERKUALITAS. Kenapa? Karena mereka hanya mementingkan INCOME alias PEMASUKAN dan RATING. Sudah lihat beberapa sinetron di Indo?

Tipikal sinetron:

1. 2 sisi, baik vs jahat
2. yang baik karakternya dibikin lemah bgt, tapi berkat kekuatan/bantuan "makhluk ghoib" mereka bisa mengalahkan yg jahat
3. yg jahat dibikin kejam, bahkan (di Kisah Sedih DiHari Minggu) sampai disuruh makan gaya anjink... :((
4. yg jahat sukanya nyiksa, kayak di yoyo
5. banyak yg backgroundnya royal family, org kaya; woi masih banyak org miskin daripada kaya di Indo...
6. banyak iklan...
7. ceritanya muter-muter, mending logis ini gak, kesannya ngayal bgt, spt: tukeran roh, dll.
8. kalo ada tokoh cacat, biasanya cacatnya dieksploitasi (misal: org gagap dibentak2)
9. banyak munculin tokoh bencong/gay cuman buat bahan ketawa
10 leluconnya slapstick / ngejek

Sudah gitu, TERNYATA org Indo paling suka nonton sinetron. Weeeks, mending mendidik, ini cuman ngebodohin org. banyak org yang "b8r stay and watch than get up & do something".

LEBIH BAIK nonton National Geographic, Animal Planet, imported series (Alias, 24, Ally McBeal) bahkan Mr. Bean daripada Tersandung 7 kali, Yoyo, Inikah Rasanya (ditampar)...
